Class 300 Titanium Slip On Flange SORF ASME B16.5
Class 300 Titanium Slip On Flange SORF ASME B16.5
This ASME B16.5 Class 300 titanium slip on flange (SORF) has a raised face and is supplied in Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 7 and Grade 12. Class 300 withstands pressures up to 300 psi at room temperature, and the slip on design fits over the pipe end with interior and exterior welding for structural integrity and simplified installation. Sizes range from 1/2 inch to 24 inch (DN15 to DN1000), with flat face and ring type joint also available.

Applications & Titanium Advantages
Class 300 titanium slip on flanges are used in oil and gas pipelines, chemical plants and seawater systems, where resistance to saltwater, chemicals and harsh environments is essential. Gr1 gives maximum chemical resistance, Gr2 balances corrosion resistance with mechanical strength, and Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V) with 6% aluminium and 4% vanadium handles extreme temperature and pressure conditions. Titanium also offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, so the flange is far lighter than a steel part of the same rating, and the precision machined raised face ensures good gasket compression with a leak free connection.
Quality, Customization & Inquiry
Flanges are produced under ISO9001 and CE certification to ASME B16.5 dimensions and ASME B16.34 design. Size, pressure class, facing and grade can be customized, monthly capacity is 200 tons and delivery normally takes about 15-45 days. Please send your size, pressure rating, facing and grade so that we can prepare a quotation.
