Gr1 Gr2 Titanium Welding Wire 0.8mm 1mm 2mm
This titanium welding wire is produced to AWS A5.16 in ERTi-1 and ERTi-2 grades (Gr1 and Gr2), with 0.8 mm, 1 mm and 2 mm as the common diameters within a 0.5 mm to 3 mm range. It is supplied as straight wire of 1000 mm, on spools or in coils, and is used as filler metal for TIG and other welding of unalloyed titanium parts.

Applications & Titanium Advantages
ERTi-1 and ERTi-2 wire are used to weld unalloyed titanium pipe, tube, plate, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and similar corrosion-resistant equipment. The wire gives a clean, well-formed weld bead, good ductility and stable mechanical properties, and resists chlorides and oxidizing media in service.
