This titanium blind flange is supplied in Grade 2, Grade 7 and Grade 9 as well as Grade 1, Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5 and Grade 12, and is produced to ASME/ANSI B16.5, DIN2630 to DIN2633, BS and related standards. Sizes cover 2.5, 3 and 4 inch, with the full range from 1/8 inch to 36 inch available, pressure classes include Class 150 and Class 600 as well as Class 300 to Class 2500, and the flange is forged and CNC machined with FF, RF, TG or RJ face.

Flanges are forged and CNC machined under ISO9001:2015 control, with ultrasonic testing and a material test report to EN10204.3.1 available, and third party testing by SGS, BV and TUV accepted. Size, pressure class, face and grade can be customized, monthly supply capacity is 500000 pieces and orders are normally delivered within 12-20 work days.
