Gr1 Gr2 Gr5 Titanium Wire Coil ASTM B863
This titanium wire coil is manufactured to ASTM B863 and supplied in coil form for continuous, automatic welding lines. The wire is offered in commercially pure grades Gr1, Gr2 and Gr5 as well as Gr7 and Gr12, with a pickled or polished surface and a cold rolled, hot rolled or annealed condition. The 2.4 mm and 3.2 mm coil diameters shown here are widely used for TIG and MIG welding of titanium and titanium alloy parts, and other sizes can be produced on request.

Applications & Titanium Advantages
The wire is used for welding titanium and titanium alloy components and for making medical devices, sporting goods, eyewear frames, jewellery, electroplating hangers and other corrosion-resistant products. Titanium wire combines a high strength-to-weight ratio with excellent resistance to chlorides and oxidizing media, clean weld formation and stable mechanical properties in the welded joint.

LHTI produces this titanium wire coil under ISO 9001:2015 quality control with SGS, BV and TUV reports available. The wire is packed in plastic bags inside a plastic box and then in a carton box or plywood case.
