Titanium Slip On Flange Gr2 Gr12 RF Polished
This titanium slip on flange is a raised face (SO RF) flange with a polished surface, forged and CNC machined from titanium in Gr2 and Gr12. The slip on design lets the pipe slide through the bore so the flange can be positioned and welded to the pipe, which makes it a practical choice for lower pressure piping where alignment is easy and welding access is good. Titanium combines low weight, high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, so the flange is widely used in the chemical industry and in other corrosive and marine service where carbon steel would rust. Sizes run from 1/2 inch to 80 inch (DN10 to DN3600) with pressure classes from Class 150 to 2500.

Applications
The flange is used to join pipe, valves and equipment in corrosive service. Typical uses include chemical processing lines and vessels, heat exchangers, desalination and water treatment plants, marine piping, and general industrial piping where a light, strong and rust free flange is required. Because titanium is non-magnetic and resistant to sea water and many acids, the flange also suits offshore and coastal installations. Sizes, pressure classes, grades and sealing faces can be produced to the customer drawing, and a material test report EN 10204 3.1 is supplied with ultrasonic testing on request.
