Bubble Cap Tray is a kind of tower internals with many advantages such as low pressure drop, big surface area , high mechanical strength and so on. Bubble Cap Tray is widely used to increase gas-liquid contact area to improve mass transfer efficiency.
Bubble Cap Tray has riser or chimney fitted over each hole, and a cap that covers the riser. The cap is mounted so that there is a space between riser and cap to allow the passage of vapour. Vapour rises through the chimney and is directed downward by the cap, finally discharging through slots in the cap, and finally bubbling through the liquid on the tray.
You can choose single distill tower to save money, also can choose 5 distill column to get good quality alcohol(ethanol).
