This titanium weld neck flange is forged and CNC machined to ASME B16.5 with dimensional tolerance to ASTM B381. It is supplied in Grade 2, Grade 5, Grade 7 and Grade 12 with a polished RF sealing face, in sizes from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24 and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500, covering oil and gas, chemical and marine service.

Applications & Titanium Advantages
Weld neck flanges are used where a strong, leak free connection is needed on high pressure or high temperature lines. Titanium resists seawater and aggressive chemicals, so these flanges suit oil and gas pipelines, chemical process equipment, desalination plants and marine piping. Compared with carbon steel, titanium gives a much longer service life at low weight, and the forged structure provides uniform mechanical properties at the neck where the flange meets the pipe.
