Unlike common welded gabion, after set up in the field, Hesco barrier can be filled inside with soil, sand or gravel, to become a protection wall. This means raw material are very easy to get, especially suitable for the coastal area where is abundant in sand.
Expeditionary Barriers is welded gabion modular container, assembled into various size by spiral wire, attached with geo textile material which thickness is 2mm, and weight is 200GSM-400GSM. It is also known as Military Bastions, mainly used for flood control and military fortification.

- All mil units are lined with a non-woven, uv-resistant geotextile with a five-year field life they can cope with harsh environments. each unit is available in beige (as default) or green standard colors.
- The units are available in a range of heights and widths to provide protection against various threats including vehicles.
- The geotextile-lined barriers are available in a re-usable format so you can quickly release the fill simply be removing the pin.
- Units can be transported in containers or flat-bed vehicles for a quick clean up.
