GB (Gabion Basket) are galvanized steel double twisted woven wire mesh filled with stone and used for various applications including but not limited to retaining walls, slope paving, outfall structures, weirs, drop structures and stream bank protection. The Double Twisted Hexagonal Mesh Gabion Baskets are manufactured in accordance with and meet the guidelines of ASTM A975-97. The stone fill material used for filling the gabion units is clean, hard stone with pieces ranging from 4 - 8 inches on the greatest dimension.
