Quick Exhaust Type Vacuum Generator MEAC-ECO Made Of Alumina Material, Compressed Air Consumption

1. Introduction and application

• The main material of the vacuum generator is made of alumina, with a small volume and an atmospheric pressure exhaust function to save operating costs. It is suitable for various applications with a short action cycle and a decentralized independent vacuum circuit system.
• Single compressed air circuit, atmospheric pressure exhaust, suitable for HTS series bracket.

2. Design

• Energy saving is more than 50%, no need to consume compressed air when releasing the workpiece quickly and accurately.
• The main body is made of alumina. Contains nozzles, filters,and silencers.
• It is compatible with all general-purpose end picks, and there is no need to re-adjust the bracket when replacing the vacuum generator.

3. Technical Data

• Note: All flow parameters refer to the parameters under the conditions of external pressure (ANR) of 101.3 kPa, temperature and humidity of 20 °C and 65% respectively.
• Note: Compressed air quality: reach ISO 8573-1, 7-4-4 level filter (40µm) with or without oil.
