Product Overview
The Rotary Trommel Screen Machine is an industrial screening solution designed for efficient separation of sand, gravel, and other materials. Also known as rotary screen, trommel screen, or drum sieve, this equipment effectively handles wet and sticky materials that typically cause clogging in conventional screening systems.
Working Principle
The machine consists of motor, reducer, drum device, rack, seal cover, and inlet/outlet ports. Mounted at an incline, the motor drives the drum via reducer and coupling, causing rotation around its axis. Materials entering the drum flip and roll due to inclination and rotation, allowing qualified undersize material to discharge from the bottom outlet while oversize material exits through the end outlet.
