Application
U Trough Screw Conveyor is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, light industry, grain and food industry. U Trough Screw Conveyor is suitable for conveying powder Shaped, granular, small bulk materials, such as cement, fly ash, grain, chemical fertilizer, mineral powder, sand, soda and so on. U Trough Screw Conveyor is not suitable for transporting materials that are easy to deteriorate, sticky and easy to caking. The working environment temperature of the conveyor is usually-20 °40 °, the temperature of the conveying material is generally 20 °80 °℃, the U Trough Screw Conveyor is suitable for horizontal and small inclination arrangement, and the inclination angle is not more than 15 degrees. If the tilt angle is too large, the tubular screw conveyor should be selected.
