Main Features

Structure

NE series plate chain bucket elevator is composed of working parts, driving equipment, upper equipment, middle casing and lower equipment.
1. The working parts are composed of hoppers and special plate chains. NE30 and lower use single-row chain, and NE50--NE800 use double-row chain.
2. Drive equipment --- choose a variety of drive combination drive, (according to the actual needs of users). The drive path is equipped with maintenance frame and railing. There are two types of drive systems: left and right.
3. The upper equipment --- the equipment has rails (double-row chain), backstops, and discharge ports equipped with anti-return rubber plates.
4. Central section-Part of the central section is equipped with rails (double chain) to prevent the chain from shaking during work.
5. The lower equipment --- equipment has automatic tensioning equipment.
