Equal Pressure CAN Filling Sealing 2-in-1 Machine

It is designed and manufactured by our company to fill CSD, beer and other liquid in Aluminum CAN, Tin Can, PET CAN with features of stable performance, advanced technology, beautiful appearance and multiple functions.

1. Features

A. Filling Part:

1) It is designed and manufactured by our company to use atmospheric filling theory to fill material into clean CANs;

2. It adopts equal pressure mechanical structure in filling valve. It’s quick and sensitive, high precision in filling level;
3. Open sealing gas before completely sealing between empty CAN and cover washer. Rinse inner part of CAN by pressurized gas in the tank. The air in the tank will be pushed out until to the end of sealing. It will effectively control the capacity of oxygen;
4. It has completely CIP cleaning function;
5. It adopts structure of filling valve with guiding device. The guiding port will lift and descend by the force of cam to protect. Guarantee the correct sealing of cover and filling valve. It avoids leaking of material from cover;
6. It meets the requirements of filling different height of CANs by manual lifting and descending;
7. It adopts gear transmission with features of high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and fully lubrication. It adopts frequency convertor to control the rotating speed of main motor. It adopts stepless frequency convertor;
8. The bottle guiding system is simple in structure. Changeover can be done quickly and conveniently according to different shapes of CANs. It adopts CAN base supporting structure to transfer;
9. It adopts PLC auto control in the whole machine, trouble-shooting will display on-line such as CANs blockage and covers missing and etc.;
10. If no CANs loading, the filling valve won’t work. If emergency breakdowns, it has safety protection function;

11) The material in filling tank is controlled automatically. It adopts level sensor to inspect filling level. It guarantees the stability of level and reability of filling;

12. It adopts imported brand in crucial parts and electric apparatus.
13. Sealing Part:

1) It will seal covers on the filled CANs and then transfer to next packaging process;

2) The high hardness alloy steel in sealing roller will be quenched with HRC＞62. The sealing curve line will be processed precisely by projection grinder. It will guarantee the quality of sealing and normal running of machine;

3) Before the joint of CAN mouth and cover, air in the CAN will be pushed out by aseptic pressurized air. It will remove all the air in the CAN until the completely sealing of mouth and cover;

4. It has auto control system to accomplish working with covers, won’t work without covers. It guarantees the normal running of machine and lower than the rate of damaged covers;

5) Aluminum covers will be put in the sliding channel manually. It will go into machine by gravity and pusher. The inspection switch in sliding channel will guarantee the machine halt when no covers;

6. Sealer can be adjusted manually to produce CANs with different heights.
