It has the functions of heating, mixing, scraping, rotating at different speeds and vacuum supply. It has a very wide application from cosmetics (skin cream, hair gel, lotion ect) and food (jam, chocolate, sauces ect) to pharmacy (ointment, syrup, paste) and chemicals(painting, adhesives, detergents).

The machine is mainly made up of oil tank, water tank, vacuum homogeneous tank (main tank), heating system, mixing system, vacuum system, electric lifting system, operation control cabinet and piping system.

This vacuum mixer homogenizer adopts top coaxial triplet mixer, hydraulic raise-fall open cover, rotate speed of low-speed wall-scrapping mixer is: 0-60rpm (frequency conversion timing), homogenizer adopts high shearing eddy emulsifier, low speed wall scrapping blender stick to boiler bottom and boiler wall automatically.

It adopts vacuum suction and especially adopts vacuum suction to powder material to avoid powder flying everywhere. The whole working procedure is processing under vacuum condition to avoid material producing air bubble after high speed blending which can reach sanitation asepsis requirement.
