1. The emulsifying machine adopts advanced vacuum suction technology, which has a superior effect for powder materials and effectively prevents dust explosion.
2. The mixing process of materials is performed in a vacuum condition to prevent bubbles in high speed stirring and reach the request of sanitation and asepsis.
3. Our emulsifying machine is equipped with CIP cleaning system. All parts contacted with materials is made from SUS316L and the internal surface of equipment is polished according to 300EMSH health standards.
4. Hydraulic lifting system is design with sealing device ensuring more stable and safe lifting process.
5. The bottom of emulsifying vessel adopts flat bottom discharge valve ensuring complete discharging without residue.
6. By setting temperature and heating time, our machine can realize automatic heating and freezing.
7. Out emulsifying machine adopts bidirectional stirring, the direction of inner impeller and outer impeller can be switched on a timer.
8. The vessel cover is equipped with glass sight lighting to watch the processing condition of materials in the emulsifying vessel.
9. A sprinkler ball is installed on the cover of emulsifying machine, which can clean the whole vessel completely as it is free of dead corners.
10. The complete machine is made of SUS316 or SUS304 stainless steel.
11. When emulsifying vessel is in vacuum, material can be suctioned from oil phase vessel and water phase vessel. The vessel has tube that prevent reverse flow occurring and prevent crystals from forming in the surface of vessel.
