The fully automatic filling is servo motor detergent filling line that is designed to fill bottles and jars with products of various viscosity, ranging from water thin liquids to thick creams. They are used in the cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, oil and specialty industries. These inline piston filling machines come complete with: two to twelve fill heads, a variable speed drive conveyor, adjustable heavy duty stainless steel frame, an easy to operate control panel.

With stable filling, ample flow, high speed, accuracy filling, no can no filling, no leakage, the material cylinder of liquid level depth automatic control, cylinder automatic cleaning and disinfection, production speed continuously adjustable etc, applicable to 250ml-500ml can’s filling and sealing.
(3)Using PLC, frequency converter, man-machine interface control system. Through a variety of sensors on the device, the touch screen can display accurate filling speed and quantity, the filling speed can be set automatically according to user’s requirements.
