Definition of High Shear Homogenizer
It means that when the materials are under the vacuum condition, it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to distribute one or several phases to another continuous phase rapidly and evenly. The materials will be processed in the narrow space between stator and rator by strong energy of motion produced by the mechanical effect. By the operation of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extruding, impacting, breaking and turbulence for over 100 thousand times per minute, the materials will be dispersed and emulsified instantly and evenly. After reciprocating circulation at high frequency, the fine finished products of stable and high quality without bubbles will be achieved.

4, The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and aseptic. The vacuum sucking material adopted can avoid dust, especially for the powder products.
5, The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully confirms to GMP requirements.
6, Complex scraping board caters to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall.
7, According to technological requirements, the tank can heat and cool the material. The heating modes can be chose to steam or electric heating according to customer requirements.
8, Material contact parts all use SUS316L.
9, Advanced PLC touch screen control is optional, which is equipped with color touch screen to completely supervise the data of material temperature, blending and homogenizing rotation speed and time etc. and print out the above data.
