Description of the Homogenizing Emulsifying:

Vacuum emulsifying machine, high shear homogenizer, cosmetic cream mixer means the material in a vacuum state, the use of high-shear emulsifier efficient, rapid and evenly distributed one phase or multiple phase to another phase, and each phase under normal circumstances (such as oil and water phase) are mutually exclusive.

Details of the Homogenizing Emulsifying:

• Frame mixer

Dead-end stirring with sufficient mixing area and good stirring effect.

• High shear homogenizer

Fast agitator: teethed type rotor and stater assembly installed on the vessel. Bottom or on the top as optional items, several interchangeable configurations ate available.

• Hydraulic lifting system

Used for material discharge and cleaning. It is more convenient and safer for the operator.

• Pharmaceutical grade material

High quality SUS304 & 316 material, internal and external mirror polish of homogenized tank.

Safeguard:

1. If the mixer, homogenizer or power grid is overburden, the machine will stop automatically.

2. It will exhaust automatically when the vapor pressure in the pot is over the settled pressure.

3. It will drain off water if the pressure is over the settled pressure when the cooling water for the main pot enters the interlayer.

4. The security marks are sticked on the rack, electric box and the other operation table.
