For this model, the capacity can be 50L -10000L, normally we will advise you to choose steam heating when the capacity is more than 500L, cause steam heating is more fast than electronic heating. 2. For electronic heating, you can add water or conduct oil inside jeckets. However if you heating with conduct oil, there is no cooling. 3. Normally the products can be poured out from bottom outlet, but if you want it not cost too much time, you can connect a rotor pump to pump it out.
