♦ The triple mixing adopts the imported frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet different technological demands.

♦ The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the imported double-end mechanical seal effect. The maximum emulsifying rotation speed can reach 3,400 rpm and the highest shearing fineness can be below 0.2um.

♦ The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being aseptic. The vacuum material sucking is adopted, and especially for the powder materials, vacuum sucking can avoid dust
♦ The emulsifying pot cover can adopt lifting system, easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.

♦ The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.

♦ According to technological requirements, the tank body can heat or cool the materials. The heating modes mainly include steam heating or electric heating.

• The unit is featured by simple operation, stable performance, good homogenizing performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small land area, high automatic degree, etc.
• Reverse slow speed scraping agitating. Special scraping agitator clings to the boiler wall and bottom.
• Rotation speed: 0~40rpm frequency conversion speed adjustment. The high speed homogenizing head at the bottom carries out dispersion and emulsification through high speed rotation of homogenizing agitating blade.
• Rotation speed: 0~3500rpm frequency conversion speed adjustment. The built-in vacuum pump adopts vacuum material sucking, which can effectively avoid dust. The whole process is carried out under vacuum condition, so as to effectively avoid producing bubbles in the materials after high speed agitating.
• It is provided with the CIP cleaning system. In the vessel, the parts contacting the materials ae made of SUSL316L. The interior surface is subjected to mirror polishing 300EMSH treatment (sanitary level). The unit is manufactured in full conformity with GMP requirements.
