1. High-efficiency homogenizer:

It adopts Germany combined six-layers shearing teeth structure, which gets dozens of times of emulsification effect every time the homogenizer shears the material.
2. Going up & down type homogenizing emulsifier:

Suitable to mix many kinds of materials. Without dead corner, leaving no materials in the tank after discharge. Homogenizer can work long time continuously. It is the best emulsifier ever.
3. Material suction and discharge function:

It can be fed materials from up side and down side, or separately. Long-distance conveying function, to avoid the final products being polluted.

• Pot Lid Process: Electronic vacuum pressure gauge, vacuum exhaust valve, vacuum port, positive pressure air inlet, cleaning ball.
• Water and oil pot: Top eccentric installation, the disperion motor power is 1.1KW.
• The dispersion variable is 1450rpm.
• Inner polishing is above 300MESH level.
• Jacket electric heating Design pressure: 0.3Mpa
• Working pressure: 0.20Mpa
• Stirring is high-speed dispersion (or paddle stirring).
