DCL modulating actuators feature advanced built-in self-diagnosis capabilities: in the event of power faults, position sensor failures, broken potentiometer, motor stall, etc., the control module will flash the indicator LED in different patterns and automatically cut off motor power to protect the system.

These actuators are stringently tested and CSA certified under both UL and CSA standards. They can endure up to 1,200 starts per hour and a total of over 200,000 starts at rated torque over the full life cycle.
