Description

DCL-10GE/40GE smart electric actuator is powered by 24VDC and proportional controlled by 4-20mA or 2-10V input control signal. DC brushless motor has lots of advantages for actuator. Permanent magnet rotor makes the motor’s temperature rising is 20℃ lower than AC motor. Its frequently start-up causes very few fever. Actuator can reach 1200 starts per hour operation with large start-up torque and strong overload capacity.

Moreover, DC brushless motor is non-mechanical friction and can provide reverse electromagnetic brake function. When positioning, the speed of motor will automatically slow down when set value is approaching, to improve positioning accuracy(error is less than ±1%) with lower vibration.

Integral designed smart control pack has functions of auto calibration, torque test and protection, failure self-test, automatic power failure etc. The small size can make this box can be put in the same cavity of wiring cavity. So the whole actuator looks very beautiful and compact.
