1300Nm Modbus-RTU Quarter Turn Electric Actuator
DCL electric actuators can be equipped with a standard handwheel, available for both general-purpose and explosion-proof models. To ensure safety during manual operation, an emergency power-off button is provided to prevent accidental activation. The button is conveniently located on the back of the actuator for easy access.
When it is uncertain whether the actuator is powered, simply pressing the power-off button ensures the unit is safely de-energized. Under normal conditions, the handwheel is disengaged from the worm gear. By pressing the handwheel inward, it engages with the worm gear, allowing manual operation of the output drive and valve.
An O-ring seal on the power-off button maintains the actuator’s IP67 weatherproof rating, protecting it from dust and water ingress. Each actuator undergoes a 100% underwater sealing test during production to guarantee compliance with IP67 standards.
