Description

The DCL-02G actuator is widely used in high-safety industrial environments where 24VDC or 12VDC low-voltage power ensures that field operators are protected from the risk of high-voltage electric shock. The motor utilizes rare-earth permanent magnets, which provide significantly stronger magnetism than conventional ferrite types—delivering higher torque in a more compact size. Its robust motor design effectively prevents common DC motor issues such as speed fluctuation under varying loads, ensuring stable operating speed, low vibration, and minimal temperature rise even under continuous duty.

All actuators are rigorously tested and certified by CSA in accordance with UL and CSA standards. In industries such as chemical and food & beverage, where precise flow control is essential, the DCL-02G’s high start frequency—up to 1200 operations per hour—achieves a world-leading performance level, fully meeting the demanding requirements of these applications.
