Description

DCL fire-safe compact electric actuators can be powered by a wide range of voltages, including 24VDC, 24VAC, 110VAC, 220VAC, 380VAC, and 440VAC. The integrated design combining the motor, housing, and control module makes DCL explosion-proof actuators the most compact models within their torque range.

The machining accuracy of the enclosure is 100% inspected and precisely controlled by DCL to ensure maximum safety in the event of an explosion. Each actuator also undergoes a full underwater sealing test to verify protection levels of IP68 and NEMA 7.

All DCL actuators are rigorously tested and certified by CSA according to UL and CSA standards. CSA certification for both Zone and Division systems is expected in Q4 2020, and the product has been ATEX certified by an EU-authorized certification body.
