CL explosion-proof electric actuators can be equipped with an internal over-torque protection mechanism. High-durability disc springs imported from Germany are used to maintain stable torque settings with minimal deformation, even under frequent compression, ensuring long-term accuracy without drift.

The actuators are suitable for use in more than 90% of explosive gas environments, excluding coal mines. All motors and electronic components undergo fire-resistant treatment. The machining precision of every connection surface is strictly controlled and fully inspected to guarantee that the flameproof gaps remain within UL requirements, effectively preventing internal sparks from escaping. The aluminum housing is produced through high-tonnage hard die-casting, making it significantly denser and capable of withstanding higher explosion pressure compared with standard electric actuator enclosures.

CSA testing according to UL and CSA standards—covering both Zone and Division classifications—was successfully completed, and CSA certification was officially obtained in 2022. The CSA certification has been updated in 2025
