DCL Explosion-Proof Electric Actuators feature an optional integrated over-torque protection system. By utilizing high-grade German-engineered disc springs, known for their exceptional fatigue resistance and minimal deformation, the over-torque settings remain stable and drift-free even after millions of cycles.
Engineered for 90% of explosive gas environments (excluding underground mining), these actuators incorporate flame-retardant motors and electronics. Every mating surface undergoes rigorous precision machining and inspection to ensure flameproof gaps strictly contain any internal sparks. Furthermore, the aluminum enclosures are produced using high-tonnage die-casting equipment, resulting in a much denser grain structure that withstands significantly higher explosive pressures than standard actuators.
Fully CSA certified per UL/CSA standards, these units comply with both Zone and Division classification systems for hazardous locations.
