18Nm 3r / min DC24V Multi-turn Miniature Electric Actuator
1. Description
DCL-MZZ subminiature multi-turn type electric actuators are used to automate diaphragm valve or needle valve with size less than 2 1/2”. These valves have a not long linear stroke with turns less than 7r. MZZ actuator is powered only by 24VDC due to the DC brushless motor are used, to satisfy the high speed rotation and super torque in super small size.
The actuator can be controlled by continuous mode and inching mode. When actuator drive valve from open to close direction, torque become larger to make the DC motor’s current become higher, and finally stops motor by current overload protection. This is called torque closes valve, which can make sure tight sealing of valve. When actuator drives valve from close to open position, actuator stops at the turns set. Double side overload protection can be set to avoid broken of valve.
