Description
DCL modulating type explosion proof electric actuators are self-designed with patent, that is very compact size with resin plastic packaged control pack inside.
DCL is continuously improving the Electro-magnetic Compatibility (EMC) of actuator. DCL built a dedicated testing laboratory with comprehensive devices for over 10 years. We insist to do below tests before butch production to ensure our products with stable quality.
- Start-up torque with different voltages
- Life cycle tests with different loads and different input signal
- Effectiveness tests in extremely high and low temperature
- EFT, ESD, Surge tests with different impact voltages
- Accuracy and error tests
- Cabinet static pressure tests by pumping water
For supplier quality control, we do 100% machining precise tests of cabinet to ensure every flameproof gap and length can meet ATEX and UL standard.
During assembling, we do below tests for 100% of our products.
- Stalling torque tests after motor and gears assembling, to ensure start-up torque and rated torque
- Withstand voltage test and insulation test, to ensure safety performance
- Electronics reliability tests after electronics being installed, to ensure no bugs
- Under water sealing test, to ensure sealing grade to IP68

Control Circuit of Type E
The Servo-controller is located inside of the actuator. It receives command of the central control system and drives valve to proper opening position according to varying conditions of variables(flow,pressure,temperature,fluid level) in the pipe.
Adopt character of service of S4 intermittent type, working frequency reaches 1200 times/hour.
Servo-Controller
The unique circuit design, imported technical grade electronic parts and components and modern making technology of circuit board of the DCL ensures high quality and reliability of the servo-controller. The circuit board with resin plastic package makes shock and humidity resistance better.the unique electronic brake function makes actuator dead-beat when position is fixed, the period of damping character is zero times(standard: Less than 3.5 times)
