S4 intermittent duty rate quarter turn actuator with 1200 times/hour operation
Description
DCL modulating type electric actuators are S4 intermittent periodic duty operation. Actuator sequential, identical starts, runs and rests cycles with rated load. As the starting current affects temperature rise, if motor is not proper designed, actuator will be easily shut down during high frequently starts by thermal overheat protector in motor and actuator body will be very hot.
Actuators have been rigorous tested by CSA and certified per UL and CSA standard. In chemical and food & beverage industry, the fluid needs to be controlled very precisely, so the actuator start frequency is very high. 1200 times/hour can reach world leading level and can meet requirements of above industries.
