Description
DCL H type control circuit and 3 phase AC motor with fire treat is specially designed for explosion proof actuator that can powered by 380VAC/440VAC, 50Hz/60Hz commonly used in heavy industry, such as power plant and steel plant. Similar to single phase powered actuator, on receipt of a continuous voltage signal, the 3 phase motor with lower power runs and via a rugged all metal gear drive rotates the output drive 90°. The motor is automatically stopped by internal cams striking limit switches and output a full open dry contact signal. On receipt of a reversing continuous signal, the motor turns in the opposite direction reversing the output drive position.
All connection surfaces between enclosures are designed per ATEX and UL standard and precisely machined & tested before assembling to ensure explosion proof grade. Actuator is easy to install using standard ISO5211 multi-flange mounting and double square drive.
