Description
DCL explosion proof electric actuators are widely used in liquor factories to drive ball valves. The alcohol content of liquor such as Whiskey and Vodka is very high and easily volatilized and burned. That is why plants those produce liquor must use explosion proof automation devices. Unlike oil & gas or power plant, pipes in winery are commonly in a medium size that is less than DN65(1 1/4”), which can be perfectly matched with DCL actuator’s torque range when coupled with ball valves. The main gas emissions in winery is Ethanol(alcohol), so the explosion proof grade is good enough for winery uses.
Considering the compact size and patent integral design, DCL explosion proof electric actuators must be the most costing saving choice for liquor factories.
