Description
DCL explosion proof electric actuators are widely used for chemical industries, such as manufacturers of titanium dioxide, zirconium powder and fluoride etc. Many chemical materials are easily burned and flamed when float in the air. So the automation devices must be explosion proof.
Moreover, chemical industries also have some corrosive environments due to the corrosive materials and strong electromagnetic interfaces due to the complicated electrical appliances. DCL actuator reaches ExdIICT4 grade and C3 level corrosion resistance, and can suffer 2500V surge test, 4000V EFT test, 4000V ESD test to ensure world leading EMC performance.
