Description

DCL modulating type electric actuators are S4 intermittent periodic duty operation. Actuator sequential, identical starts, runs and rests cycles with rated load. As the starting current affects temperature rise, if motor is not proper designed, actuator will be easily shut down during high frequently starts by thermal overheat protector in motor and actuator body will be very hot.

In some industry fields those exists two types of input signals, or faces system upgrades, DCL smart modulating type electric actuator can be replacement without changing control pack.All adjustable actuators are rigorous tested by CSA per UL/CSA standard, and SGS per CE standard. Fire safe electric actuators with modulating function is also available.
