Description

DCL H type control circuit and 3 phase AC motor is specially designed for actuator that can powered by 380VAC/440VAC, 50Hz/60Hz commonly used in heavy industry, such as power plant and steel plant. Similar to single phase powered actuator, on receipt of a continuous voltage signal, the motor runs and via a rugged all metal gear drive rotates the output drive 90°. The motor is automatically stopped by internal cams striking limit switches and output a full open dry contact signal. On receipt of a reversing continuous signal, the motor turns in the opposite direction reversing the output drive position.

DCL series anti-condensation electric actuator are widely used in high temperature and humidity environment. Sometimes, opening cover to do wiring and adjustment is unavoidable for customer. Thermostatically controlled heater is necessary for humid environment with big day/night temperature difference. Actuator is easy to install using standard ISO5211 multi-flange mounting and double square drive.
