Description

DCL common series electric actuator are typically used to drive quarter turn butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers and swinging arms. On receipt of a continuous power signal, the motor runs one direction and via an all metal gear box with last stage worm gear train rotates the output drive 90°. The motor is automatically stopped by internal cams striking limit switches. On receipt of a reversing continuous signal, the motor turns in the opposite direction reversing the output drive position.

DCL series anti-condensation electric actuator are widely used in high temperature and humidity environment. Sometimes, opening cover to do wiring and adjustment is unavoidable for customer. Thermostatically controlled heater is necessary for humid environment with big day/night temperature difference.

Over torque protector is optional only if accurate output torque is needed. PTC electronic heating component is also used as thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater that will protect actuator against damage from condensation.
