Description

DCL F model electric actuator is equipped with self-developed position transmitter to output 4-20mA analog signal of valve position. It can be widely used in 3-point floating control system to drive quarter turn butterfly valves, ball valves or dampers. This kind of control system can obtain continuous analog signal of valve position signal to decide when to cut off power or reverse power direction.

The duty cycle of actuator is 70% or higher, For on-off type, actuator can keep working for 20mins without stop. For modulating type, actuator can start 1200times/hour. Whole full range open & close life cycle is over 10000 times and 200000 times start up.

Actuator has been rigorous tested by CSA per UL and CSA standard. The duty rate can be over 70% for all series. The EPS system is self-calibrating which virtually eliminates "hunting" and provides an output position monitoring signal as standard.
