Description

DCL 2-piece electric ball valves with thread ends are commonly used for small size pipes. 2-piece valve’s torque is commonly smaller than 3-piece ball valve. Valves have self-cleaning structure to protect sealing surface from fouling. At full close and full open position, ball and seat are isolated from pipe media, so the sealing surface will not be eroded for long time. So valves are widely used for chemical and refining industry.

Electric actuators are easily coupled to valve by ISO 5211 multi flange mounting. Electric valves are rigorous tested on plant to ensure full sealing and no stall during operation.
