Description
DCL explosion proof electric actuators can reach 10000 times full range open and close life cycle with rated load and 200000 starts for modulating type. Spur gears are made of CR40 alloy steel with soft nitriding. Compared to powder metallurgy gears, CR40 alloy steel gear is harder and tougher. Commonly, gears are processed by blackening. But DCL newly adopt soft nitriding treatment to improve strength and abrasion resistance gears comparing to blackening. This soft nitriding process can decrease friction noise and highly increase gear surface anti-corrosion capability. Moreover, this new process is also more friendly to environment.
Actuators have passed rigorous tests of CSA China office per ATEX/CSA/UL standard and have got CSA certification.
