Description

DCL explosion proof electric actuators are widely used to automate angle stroke ball valves in explosive field, such as oil & gas, chemical, winery, petroleum etc. No matter what kind of sealing material and what type of notch the ball is, DCL actuator’s high stalling torque can make sure valve perfectly sealing without leak. Stable speed also provides very smoothly flow control when driving V notch ball valve. For some special ball valves those are not quarter turn, actuator can also set any angle less than 100° or add one more middle position.

If ball valves are not standard ISO5211 flange, DCL can also offer customer designed valve brackets that can match to different connection types.
