On-off type anti explosion electric actuator with potentiometer / SIL 3
Description
DCL C model explosion proof electric actuator is equipped with potentiometer to feedback continuous resistance signal. Always used for some control system that can transfer resistance signal to current signal or voltage signal outside actuator. The resistance value output is proportional to valve position, 500Ω and 1000Ω range are optional.
Actuator can be used in 90% explosive gas except mine with ExdIIBT4 and Group C, D T4 grade. Patented integral design of motor/housing makes the actuators very compact and light weighted. Actuator are ATEX marked and SIL 3 certified, now are on rigorous tests by CSA and will get CSA certification on Q3 2020.
