Description

DCL small size modulating type electric actuators are widely used in combustion system, especially for burners, both in China and USA. Actuators are installed on the fuel intake duct/pipe to control flame or installed on ventilation valve to control temperature. Since the boiler is always in very high temperature and always has strong electromagnetic interference to surroundings, so the actuator must suffer very severe applications.

Though the controller is very small, but its electric clearance creep distance satisfies the UL standard. It can suffer 2500V surge test, 4000V EFT test, 4000V ESD test to ensure world leading EMC performance. Moreover, it also passed 85/85 test, which is continuously working in 85℃ and 85% humidity for over 600 hours. So it serves top 2 air conditioning companies ,Gree and Midea, in China, and also some top world famous brands such as McQuay, Danfoss, Dunham-bush etc.
