Emergency power off power button added 3 phase actuator with Heavy duty motor with overload protection

Description

DCL electric actuators are compact but rugged to reach military industrial standard. All metal gears, housing and fully enclosed heavy duty squirrel-cage asynchronous induction motor make actuator can frequently run from open to close with super long life with constantly overload vibration. Not like actuators those may use plastic gears or bearings, DCL broad its applications to heavy industry field, even nuclear power plant and warship, where must be used very safely and stably. While also not like actuators with very huge volume or super weight that cost high, these small size actuators are also widely used for civil field with limit installation space and budget.

DCL can add standard handwheel to its electric actuators, both for common type or explosion proof type. To ensure the safety of manual handling, an emergency power off button is also available to avoid mistake operation. The power off button is on the back of actuator and very easy to reach. Sometimes, we can not confirm the actuator is powered or not, we just press the button. Commonly the handwheel is disconnect states with worm gear, when press handwheel in, it connects to worm gear and can drive the output drive and valve.
