Description

DCL anti-explosion electric actuators’ enclosure are special casted by larger tonnage die casting machine than common series actuator, to ensure even very small stomas are not existed. The shell thickness is thicker than common shell to suffer gas explosion inside actuator. The quality of cylinder stop surface is the key part to guarantee explosion proof. Scratches, mistake tolerances, shorter stop length, rust points and cracks are all definitely not allowed on this surface. Thus all shells are 100% checked by DCL after shipping from suppliers.

Actuator are officially tested by CSA to meet ATEX, UL and CSA standard and can be used in different regions all around the world, including Europe, north America and any other places.
