Description
The dampers used in metallurgical plant and steel plant are usually very large for high power blowers. Commonly, a connection rod is designed to change the rotation motion of actuator to a reciprocating motion of damper. DCL can not only do customized rocker arm for different sizes of damper, but also adjust the actuator’s turning angle from 30° to 110°,.
The environment of metallurgical plant or steel plant is commonly very bad with high ambient temperature, dusty and dangerous. DCL’s electric actuators are designed according to power plant standard. The enclosure is C3 level corrosion resistance with powder electrostatic spraying and the control pack is fully potted to ensure long time stable operation of the actuator.
