Cement plant used electric dispensing valve and flap valve

Cement plants are always built at some remote areas with few people living around, due to dusty and pollution. Currently more and more cement plants are using automatic valves to control their production process. DCL compact and large torque (1000Nm to 2500Nm) electric actuators are widely used to stably drive the dispensing valve in harsh production environment, with dusty, low or high temperature, vibration and raining etc. With whole C3 level corrosion resistance, the electric dispensing valve can also be used where is close to the sea.

The dispensing valve has 3 flaps inside to stir the mud or powder. The wear-resistant materials of flaps are specially chosen for long life cycles. The connection flange of valve can be customized designed according to the field pipe.
