Description
DCL series high vacuum ball valves are widely used for silicon panel production equipments in Solar energy industry and semiconductor industry. Valves can be used for pipe pressure from 105Pa to 1.3*10-4Pa with zero leakage. Electric actuator can be modulated with positioning error＜1%, by kinds of input signals, such as 4-20mA, 1-5V, 2-10V, and can be chosen and calibrated by customer.
