Sure, you can get 2-3 free samples if the sample is available. It usually takes 7 days to receive the sample.
For customized sample, it usually takes about 30 days after receive samples cost, and the sample fee will be returned to you when you place an order to us.
Q3. If we need different colors on the glass?
A: We can do any color spray / golden or silver plating / real gold or platinum painting / frost and engraving.
Q4: What is your payment term?
A: 50% deposit in advance after confirming the contract/PI and the balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
Q5: What is your lead time?
A: 35 days after we receive the advance payment usually. Some special cases can be negotiated.
